Counselor’s Corner

I am here to help you in any way I can. If you need me, please fill out the counseling referral form below. In addition, you are welcome to call me anytime during my office hours. I am usually available from 7:30-3:30 on weekdays when school is in session. If you need immediate assistance outside of regular office hours, you may call the Mental Health Services Administration Helpline at 1-800-662-HELP (4357). They can put you in touch with an agency to help you no matter your age or insurance coverage. They are open 24 hours a day.

Registration Requirements

If you need to register your child for school, please be sure to bring the following documents with you:

• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Residency (example: utility bill in your name)
• Immunization/Shot Records
• Name of previous school/ last report card
• Parent/Guardian Driver's License

It is very important that we have all of the required documentation for your child to begin attending classes. Thank you for your cooperation!
